Anemone - Blanda - White Splendour

The Anemone 'White Splendour', 'Anemone blanda', a fall planted tuber, produces a spectacular array of dainty daisy-like white flowers. If they are planted close together they will make an excellent ground cover. This Anemone is very hardy and they multiply every year. Anomones grow well in southern climates. When left in the ground to perennialize, they form magnificent flower carpets.The White Splendour Anemone will flower for 4 to 6 weeks in early to mid-spring. Anemones are great for naturalizing, mass plantings, containers, rock gardens, ground covers and borders. These plants are deer, rabbit and squirrel resistant. Note: Soak the tuber in tepid water for about 12 hours before planting to promote early sprouting.
