Capsicum Orion (USDA Organic) Pepper Hybrid, Capsicum 'Orion', is a plant with bountiful foliage that produces large, smooth, thick-walled fruits. Its blocky, 4-lobed peppers are thick walled, widely adapted, and tolerant to hot weather. At 65 days the fruit can be harvested green or if left on the plant will turn red at about 85 days.
